Efek Dukungan Organisasi Dan Keterlibatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Adaptif Karyawan

The world of industry and organizations currently is moving dynamically with environmental changes or better known as the VUCA era, namely Volatile (changed quickly,unstable and unpredictable), Uncertain (uncertainty), Complexity (complicated/complex problems) and Ambigue (confusing, unclear). clear, difficult to understand). Therefore, every organization in the industry must be able to create human resources who can adapt to work quickly and precisely. This study examines the relationship between organizational support, work involvement and adaptive performance and determines the effect of the relationship between the three variables. The sample taken is the entire population at Kinchay Resto as many as 49 employees. The research uses a causal approach with quantitative methods. The findings of the study indicate that organizational support and work involvement have a positive and significant effect on the adaptive performance of employees. Meanwhile, work involvement as a mediation between organizational support and adaptive performance has a negative andnot significant effect
